Owen Spencer was a play maker for the Wolfpack but it doesn’t look like he will be on in the NFL. He has deceptive speed and can really challenge defenses down field. He has good hands and tracks  the ball well. However, his speed isn’t that impressive and he’s really a one trick pony. He will struggle on shorter routes because he takes too many steps when breaking down. This gives his route away and he loses a lot of speed through cuts and that will really limit his potential in the NFL.
