Overview:

K.J. Wright was a joy to scout and I love the way he plays. One of the toughest players in this years draft, certainly one of the toughest linebackers. Willing to attack and take up blockers for his teammates. He can deliver some shots as a tackler and is pretty intimidating. He’s very versatile and can play multiple positions in the 4-3 and 3-4. His instincts are nothing special though and he gets caught out of position mainly because he struggles to shed blocks. He does a good job of avoiding blocks but it usually puts him out of the play. He has to improve his hand usage and if he does he can be a heck of a LB in the NFL.
