James Rogers Scouting Report

James Rogers

Height: 6’1
Weight: 183
College: Michigan
40 Time: 4.55
Class: Senior
Projected: Undrafted

2010 – 40 tackles, 2.0 TFL, 3 PBU, 3 INT’s
2009 – 7 tackles
2008 – Played WR

James Rogers is a very raw CB. He has flipped flopped back and forth between CB and WR and you can see the lack of experience in his game. He played pretty well as a Senior in his first full year at CB. He may get a shot on a practice squad where he can further develop his technique and have a chance to make a roster.

I wonder where this stuff comes from because a 4.42 and 4.38 is pretty fast?? Is this just uniformed opinion because quite a few of these reports are wrong on this site.

    • Running a fast 40 doesn’t mean it translates on the field. No James Rogers is not that fast on the field because he consistently allows receivers to run by him down field. I watch the games and thats what I see. I don’t go by measurables and I wrote this 3 months ago before his pro-day. Please go read ESPN or Walterfootball for their brilliant scouting reports, they seem more tailored to your needs.
